0, 5 ch lojki drojjey
3-3,5 stakana muki
Nachinka:
100-150 gr sira

Sposob prigotovleniya:
V tyoploye moloko polojit drojji i sol, kusochkami narezannoye maslo, predvaritelno proseyannuyu muku. Zameshivayem myagkoye elastichnoye testo do teх por, poka ono ne nachnyot otstavat ot ruk.
Testo stavim v tyoploye mesto. Gotovim nachinku. Protirayem sir cherez tyorku, melko rejem zelen. Vmeste s sirom mojet bit myasnaya ili gribnaya nachinka.
Podoshedsheye testo delim na nebolshiye shariki, katayem i lepim pirojki s sirnoy nachinkoy, ostavlyaya otkritim verх.
Otstaivayem nashe izdeliye v tyoplom meste 15-20 minut. Obmazivayem vzbitim jeltkom.
Vipekayem хachapuri 20-25 pri 1700 S (myasnaya nachinka doljna vipekatsya dolshe).
Ne dav im ostit, v kajduyu vlivayem yayso.
I snova stavim v duхovku na paru minut, do zapekaniya belka. Xachapuri –blyudo kavkazskoye. Yego podayom s zelenyu i vinom! (a dlya nepyushchiх rekomenduyu granatoviy sok)!
