Prigotovleniye:
Salat ukladivayetsya sloyami. Glubokuyu bolshuyu salatnitsu smazat rast. maslom, shlyapkami vniz ulojit gribi, chtobi zapolnilos vse dno salatnitsi, zatem luk (luk zaraneye narezat polukoltsami, zamarinovat v uksuse popolam s vodoy i posle otjat),polit mayonezom. vse ingrediyenti nateret na krupnoy terke krome myasa i ogursov . Daleye sloy morkovi, ogursi (narezat tonkimi krujochkami), mayonez, potom sloy myasa (solomkoy), kartofel, mayonez, sirok, mayonez, yaysa, mayonez. Sloi po vkusu solit (krome sira i ogursov) i ubrat na 12ch.v хolodilnik. Potom salat perevorachivayut na ploskoye blyudo. Uverena, vi porazite svoiх gostey stol neobichnim salatom))))
